SHIPPING: In-Store Pick-Up Only

At this time we do not offer shipping of products purchased on-line or remotely, in-store pick-up only. Should you have a specific request, please feel free to contact us and we will consider shipping on a case by case basis.

You agree to pick-up items purchased on-line within 7 calendar days. If you are unable to pick-up the purchase within 7 calendar days, please contact us to coordinate an extended pick-up date using the details in the Order Confirmation. At the time of purchase pick-up, you agree to present Ecclestone Cycle the Order Confirmation and a piece of government-issued identification.


We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.  Our goal is to ensure you purchase the perfect items for you.  It's one of the reasons we're steadfast in our brick and mortar in-store pick-up policy.  Use our expertise and experience to help you pick the best bikes and gear for your unique riding.  

Should an item be less than ideal, we will return a product for Exchange or Refund within 14 days of purchase, in original packaging/and or tags, unused.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale priced or discounted products.  All discounted items are final sales.

Any merchandise that shows signs of use (wear, dirt, smell, scuffing, mounting, installation, etc.) cannot be returned. This includes any items that have been “tested out”. Items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
